VELfixi Pricing Guide Steps
Step 1: Create Your Listing
Make sure you have the desired photos on your computer already or if you need a photographer, then we can select that service on the second step. Create your listing on VELfixi.com by going to the Sell tab. Choose an email, password, and upload your photos, etc. Then press Next.
Step 2: Choose the Services
Our core package ($295) includes the listing on the site which sees thousands of visitors a month, and paid Google, Facebook, and Instagram Ads that lead directly to your listing on our site. We also include MLS access for free with each listing on our directory. You will receive all of the leads and the buyers do NOT have to register for the site to see your listing. Once we received your listing, our representative will contact you to discuss the MLS listing details, answer any other questions you might have, and to check if you need any further help before making the listing public. We highly recommend that you set at least a few hours a week to selling your home as it does take time to answer inquiries, schedule showings, review offers, etc. If you would only like to handle the door, then you can select an online agent option as well.
Additional Services:
- Hire a professional photographer ($295): Upgrade to professional quality and brighter photos for your listing.
- Hire a home inspector ($595): Pre-inspect your home to avoid first-time buyer jitters and potential deal breaks.
- Full Service Agent Option (+.5%): You can choose to work with a full-service online agent for just .5% extra (paid at closing), offering expert guidance throughout the sales process. No need to select Contract Specialist as that is included in the Full Service Agent option. If you did select it, we can reiburse you at closing or after 120 days per security policy. The realtor's duties include handling the negotiating process, marketing the property, holding an open house at their discretion, and discussing the required details with the seller. The agent is not required to host unlimited amount of open houses however as they are typically doing almost everything online.

What's the Catch?
We are able to offer significant savings for two reasons. First, we charge a minimum amount upfront to reduce our risk. Second, the internet has made realtors' jobs easier than ever, but they haven't passed these savings on to consumers. That's what we're changing. Homes no longer sell primarily through Open Houses. Since all the work can now be done online, we'll handle the marketing while you manage the showings.
Please note that the Investor Plan does not include our extensive marketing to the local buyer's agent community, nor will we negotiate on your behalf to secure the highest price possible.
