Kitchen Remodel

Deck Construction

Retaining Wall Installation

“After years of dealing with drainage and erosion issues, we finally had velfixi install a retaining wall on our sloped yard. It not only fixed the problem but made the whole yard look amazing. Second Kitchen Remodel (Luxury Touch)

“This was our second time working with Velfixi this time for a luxury kitchen remodel in our new home. They knocked it out of the park again. Quartz counters, under-cabinet lighting, custom pantry, etc. Decent price, but not the cheapest on the block as they focus on quality first."

"Arsen was our realtor and was amazing we were moving to PA from NY and knew we wanted to be close to downtown Bethlehem. Arsen took us to every house we asked for and then some. He also helped navigate through the mortgage maze and suggested the best offer to put in on the house so we would get it accepted and it worked our first offer was accepted and we were moved within weeks! Very knowledgeable, personable and professional. We would use him again in a heartbeat and have referred friends to him as well."

"We connected with Arsen through Zillow, so we weren’t sure what to expect since he wasn’t a referral. We indicated that we were interested in purchasing a home, and received a call from Arsen shortly thereafter. From the start until the end of the process (and even after the close), Arsen was diligent about responding quickly and following up. He actively listened to what we were looking for in a home and worked hard to meet our needs, even during a challenging sellers market. He never pressured us to spend more than we were comfortable with. He gave us practical, relevant advice to help us make appealing offers in a competitive market. Overall, the process working with Arsen was pleasant and seamless. He worked hard on our behalf to ensure we were happy with our purchase. I would certainty recommend Arsen to anybody looking to purchase (or sell?) a home!"
